Furniture Finds orders ship free - valid on all items, no minimum purchase necessary. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Standard shipping orders can take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.

Once items are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.

For orders that require white glove delivery, once your order is placed, a customer representative will reach out to you to schedule the white glove delivery. The shipping lead times for large parcel orders averages 3-4 weeks.


You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

 Items not eligible for return are as follows:

  • Clearance or Sale items
  • Items you have already assembled
If you wish to return an item, contact our customer support team and they will assist you.


     Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

    • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
    • Assembly services included with delivery

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support team and we will work with you to find the best solution.
